  8. MONITOR YOUR SYMPTOMS

  9. DO NOT HAVE VISITOR IN YOUR HOME 

  10. KEEP YOUR WASTE IN DOUBLE BAG AND TIED

Please the minimum of 48 hours to process your repeat or acute requests. There may be a delay in processing your request due to large number of requests coming through

Please allow 48-72 hours due to COVID 19 to process any prescription requests, excluding weekend and Bank Holidays, 

Housebound Patients can request prescriptions over the phone
